Account & data deletion

AskPic is operated by BLUE CUBE TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. You do not need to create a new account or purchase a subscription to make a request.

If you can open the app

1. Open AskPic and go to Settings.
2. Choose Request account deletion.
3. Confirm the request. It is linked to your current anonymous account and submitted for processing.

Request help outside the app

Email kevin@roleplex.com with the subject AskPic account deletion and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. You can use your contact email; it does not have to be an email registered with AskPic.

Include an account identifier or support reference if you already have one. If you do not, say that you used an anonymous account and describe your access issue. Support will ask for the minimum information needed to verify ownership and locate the account. If the anonymous account cannot be identified, we may be unable to locate its data. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or payment card details.

What deletion covers

The request covers your AskPic account and its conversation history, uploaded photos and audio. Processing is not an instant on-device action. Support verifies ownership before acting on an external request.

Records required for transactions, security or legal obligations may be retained. Backup copies may persist until the applicable retention period ends, and external providers process requests under their own policies. Contact support for the status of your request.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting an AskPic account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store to prevent future renewal charges.
